So obviously this one is rusted on the outside but it's still a great item. Marked for The Wessex Wholesale Electric Co Ltd. On the other side is the maker J Rabone & Sons and Flexlet Rule. Given it's age, it's obviously just in imperial measures. It extends out well so no issues there.
