This is an interesting item. Still sealed in original packet. It's got Be a Winner with NEC underneath. NEC I assume is National Exhibition Centre. No idea though what it's for and nothing I can see to give any clues. Made by Manhattan Windsor who were an English maker of badges, cufflinks, tie clips etc. Please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
