This is a vintage Belgium military medal for long service, the first class version I believe from online research. It's a gold metal and has the ribbon with it and the V Stripe which I think indicates the first class element. No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
