This is a lovely vintage medal from belgium. The translation I think is for the ladies foil championship and year 1977. I've seen the same medal with different engraving online marked as being silver but I can't be certain as there aren't any marks I can see to give me a clue so will sell as silver metal. Needs a clean up but doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it that I can see.
No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
