Not entirely sure what this is for. It's belgian and clearly some kind of identification tag, possibly a pendant to be worn. It's got Belgium 1949 on the front along with their Lion. On the back is simply an etched number 389161. No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
