Small thick oval medal, I think this is a 1932 Belgian Beggars medal, it's definitely marked for 1932 and Brussels and I think the handshake emblem on the front signifies the beggars medal but I'm not sure on that and more than happy to be corrected. The reverse has remnants of red colouring on, I'm not sure if that is original or applied later.
