Was confused originally with this one as obviously both Notre Dame and Lourdes are in France and this is definitely a belgian badge. There is though a very large church in the centre of Brussels called Notre Dame so this is where I think this originates from. Marked as National Belgium September Pilgrimage Notre Dame to Lourdes and on the back it is stamped Jos Sandre, Liege.
