I really don't know what this is, I did think it was maybe some kind of sewing tool/leather punch but not sure. It's 11cm long. The hand is some kind of resin so not metal or wooden but I don't know what it's made of, it has a kind of mottled brown colour to it. If anyone does know what this material is then would love to know as I've got a lot of similar items. The spike itself I assume is steel. Nice little vintage item. Please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before buying.
