Great item, a gold tone tie clip of a horses head set on a riding crop. Marked for Stratton, it also says Imitation, I've seen that a lot but don't know if that's just part of the brand or something else.
No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
