Not 100% sure on this, it's obviously The Lions Club and a 50th Anniversary badge. What I don't know is the meaning of MD105, British Isles and Ireland. It's a double pin badge and in fabulous condition. No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
