Great looking medal in pretty much perfect condition. It's a small gold metal medal, smaller than usual I'd say, on a purple ribbon which is in great condition. It's got the usual Lions Club logo but then with Chairman at the bottom so probably makes it fairly rare. No dedication on the back just a couple of small round marks but no idea what those mean I'm afraid. Please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
