Noodoll Ricespud - New badge on card

I don't know much about this, I suspect it's part of a collectable series but I'd not heard of them before. They seem to do lots of different characters and plushies etc. This one I think is called Ricespud and is new on the original card. Please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
