Novelty Small Badge - Special Police 007

Interesting little pin badge. Still attached to original card. It's like a US Police shield badge in style but a lot smaller. It has Special Police written on it. No idea if they know the significance of the 007 number also on it but quite amusing. Cool little collectors item.
