So to be clear this is an MoP handle with a hallmarked silver collar and an EPNS blade so please be sure to look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding as the prongs are not solid silver.
That said, this is a beautiful toasting/pickling fork. A lovely MoP handle which is is ridged but still smooth. There is then a silver hallmarked collar which is marked for Sheffield, 1905 I think and the maker mark HF which I believe is Harrison Fisher.
The 3 pronged blade is ornately patterned all the way along and on both sides and marked again for Harrison Fisher and EPNS.
