So this one I am stumped on. I had thought it was maybe a conservative badge or may an airline but I can't find it anywhere so any help much appreciated. It has the feel of the 70's/80's and is a small round tin badge with white covering and then the arrow logo. Definitely looks like it's based on the Union flag but no idea other than that.
