Great unusual fun earrings. Silver metal hooks with then a dangle Union Flag on a white cushioned material. I think they look like those little sugar packets you get in a Cafe. Wonderful patriotic item.
No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used or who made it so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
