Intrigued by this one. My immediate thought was it was USA themed but guess it could be Dutch. No markings anywhere to help unfortunately but there's a sailboat with red white and blue stripes on the hull. A relaxed chap on the boat with a blue sail that has bobbles on. If anyone has an idea would love to know as can't find it anywhere online.
