This is a rare large and heavy silver metal medallion. On the front is a design in the Italian flag colour with the inscription which translates as "the armed forces in the fiftieth anniversary of the war of liberation faithful over the centuries". On the reverse is what I think is an Italian Carabinieri badge. I've seen quite a few with the front design but not with this reverse so don't think it's very common.
On the front is printed at the bottom in small writing Coinart FI which I think is Italian.
No markings I can see to give a clue on the metal used so please take a look at the pictures and ask any Q's before bidding.
